Welcome to the Argyle Business Center's online information source. The Center opened in May of 2006. We currently have 15 tenants with space for more. They are a diverse group of service, retail and manufacture. They include such tenants as the Cross Timbers Gym, Field House Fitness, Wazoo's Kids party center, Cookie Advantage, Gift Craze, DK Controls, Stay Strong and many others. Come by and see us.
We currently have 2,800sqft available in Building 2 and 1,400sqft in Building 1. A single unit is 1400sqft and is 20wx70L. They can be combined to make much larger spaces
If you need more space please contact us. We also own the front 4 ac and can address your needs. We are in the planning stage for another 50,000 sqft building with full retail access and can move quickly if we pre-lease space within it.
These buildings are designed as flex build-out. The building has the following. Front glass with a covered front entry side walk. The rear of the building offers complete access with 2 entry doors one being 10 x 12 or 10x14 roll up Insulated garage door. This access will allow trucks to service the business but not impact the view of the front of the building.
Inside the roof will rise up to 25 feet of insulated space to be made into whatever form your business needs.
This combination of size and access is enhanced by the location. It is located North of Argyle on 377 at Hamilton Rd and 377. With this side road access there is no need to fight with traffic when trying to get on or off of 377.
The final touch will be the signage for the tenants. There will be a monument sign with room for all tenants and every tenant will have space for exterior signage on the building.
